HIS 1 subscriptions are designed to keep you consistent: sperm takes around 74-90 days to develop, so the results come from showing up every day.

How it works

• Monthly plan: 1 tub every month at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• 3-month plan: 3 tubs every 3 months at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• Your first order is charged when you subscribe. Each renewal is charged automatically to your saved payment method on your billing date, and ships straight after.
• We'll email you before price changes take effect.

Pause, skip or cancel any time

There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause, skip, change your delivery frequency or cancel from your account, or by emailing hello@his1drink.com. Changes need to be made before your next billing date to apply to that order.

Refunds

If a renewal has been charged but not yet shipped, contact us and we'll refund it. Your first subscription order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry. If it still can't be processed, your subscription will be paused until your payment details are updated.
