Shipping policy

Australia

• Standard shipping: free on every HIS 1 order.
• Express shipping: $15.
• Standard delivery usually takes 2-6 business days after dispatch (metro areas are typically faster; regional and remote areas can take longer). Express usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International

• We ship to selected countries for a flat rate of $20 (AUD). Available countries are shown at checkout.
• International delivery usually takes 6-15 business days after dispatch.
• Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check that dietary supplements can be imported into your country before ordering, we can't refund orders held or destroyed by customs.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

Founding batch pre-orders

Pre-orders ship with our founding batch. We'll email you your expected ship date as soon as it's confirmed, and tracking the day your order is dispatched. If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on each billing date: every month, or every 3 months for the 3-tub plan, with the same shipping terms as above.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@his1drink.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier and make it right.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible, we can update it any time before your order is dispatched.
